I have a philips vesta web cam. I got it a while ago, and had it working fine under OS 9 (fine being a relative term). I have long since abandoned 9 for X, and am wondering if anyone knows anything. Are X drivers coming? Has mac been abandoned by philips? Is anyone working on a generic USB web cam driver? Like they have for firewire web cams, or like GamePad Companion is to usb gamepads?

Sure I could go out and buy a firewire cam, but it'd be real nice to get the one I have going.

Not working in X, at all, as all USB webcams
Must wait for drivers from philips, or any good programmer...
