Hey all,

My monitor (Gateway VX920, 19" Mitsubishi flat tube) fell from a hight of about 1.5 feet the other day. The thing still works, which is great, but it has a red tinge to the picture where the menubar "joins" the desktop in the top right corner. Could a problem like this have been cause by the fall and is there any way to fix it??

Thanks.

One of your electron guns is probably misaligned... Taking it in for a service is the only way to fix it, I'd say.

Sounds better then my situation, i bought this computer open box from my store... the only thing is.. when we first got it in i used to abuse the hell out of it, cause it was a mac, and i never though in a million years i'd be buying it.

my monitor is a little messed up sometimes, the cube has a couple loose pieces on the inside, nothing superglue and duck tap can't fix though for the most part.
