alright so I've got this dual bay enclosure and recently I tried to start it up and neither of the two 120gig drives in it started. I know these drives work because I can put them in my other enclosure fine. I figure it's got to be something with the enclosure's power supply. when I press the power button, I can hear clicking like it's trying to get enough power to the drives but it can't muster it.

any idea how I could possibly fix this? I've got 220gigs of files on there I'd like to have access to..

Put the drives in one at a time to recover you files, then pawn the enclosure off on some unlucky sap.
