I am very frustrated that I can't get this thing to work! I am using the USB version. The power comes on, and the computer detects it when I plug it in to the USB port, but then it asks if I want to search for the drivers online. Of course it can't find them. There is a driver that was installed with Toast 4.1, which came with the drive, but am I missing a driver for this particular device? If so, then where the he** can I get it? It doesn't appear to be on their web site.

I'm also going to try e-mailing them, but I don't expect a quick response.
