I have a Xircom Portgear USB-SCSI converter that no longer works properly since upgrading to MacOS 9.0.4. I know that Xircom is supposedly working on a fix. Has anyone heard of a delivery date for this fix? Xircom's support web page has been non-functional for weeks. If no fix is on the horizon I'd like to get my money back for a useless product.

The system hangs when transferring a large amount of data. Xircom has been aware of the problem and "working with Apple" to resolve it.
