Forgive me if this has been asked, I tried searching to no avail...

What is the range on the Macbook's Frontrow Remote? I'm going to be using it for an upcoming party to play music into my receiver, and will be about 30 or so feet from the Macbook. I plan on testing tomorrow to find out either way, but is there a documented range on the remote? Thanks in advance.

It is IR based so that would probably be pushing the range. You can get RF remotes like the ATI remote wonder that have much better range, but I don't know if you want to do that for just one event.
