Hi. I was wondering if anyone has been successful setting up a windows mobile 5 smartphone (in particular the Cingular 2125) as a bluetooth modem for a Mac running OSX Tiger. I've seen some articles mentioning that it can be done, and that you need the correct script, but can't seem to get it working myself. Any help would be appreciated.

I use my Sprint PPC6700 as a modem.

Pair the device, set it as a modem.

Start wmodem on the ppc6700, set it to bluetooth and connect

on the Mac - create a connection to the Bluetooth phone, phone number #777

Connect

----------------

I do not know what the settings are for cingular, but that should help.

Try: www.pdaphonehome.com forums.

Thanks
