I just did a few searches and couldn't find anything.

I installed a Pioneer 111D and for a few weeks it worked fine. Now I find I need to drag a cd to the trash bin twice in order for it to physically eject, or right ckick and eject. After the first attempt it seems to think it is gone then immediately remounts the cd. Any thoughs on how to solve this or perhaps what I'm doing incorrectly.
