Man, I really don;t know what the hell is wrong with thing ****in company!! Never return my emails, faxes. I ordered ram 2 weeks a go and I only got this email Thanking me for ordering.(512MB Ram) I kindly ask for the shipping info. Nope, didn't even bother to return my email. This is so freakin pathetic!! Are they out of businesss or what?? Man they are pissing me off big time!!!

Have they billed your credit card for the purchase yet? If so, and they did not ship the merchandise, you have some legal avenues open to you. If not, just order from somewhere else and see about putting a stop on any future charges they may try to make on your card.

I've had nothing but good experiences with them. As you can see through the posts, they've provided exemplary customer service for me - problem with firmware update - and they contacted me after I emailed them, and sent me an RMA a few days later. Got back a new one - I'd encourage you to call them and ask after it.

Geez, I had to call their arses this morning, Long Distance all the way from Taiwan. So now they will send me an email for another confirmation!?...*sigh* I hope I do get my package soon... thanks for letting me vent a little.

I've had no problems with TransIntl. I ordered two 512MB chips (1 for G4 Cube and 1 for 733 G4) and received a confirmation email and promptly shipped. I hope they will rectify the situation for you.
