What's the difference btw the ATI Radeon VE and the Regual Radeon? Why this one is cheaper than the regular one?! Can I use a PC video board in my G4 400 AGP?

You cannot use a PC Radeon in your Mac. You need to purchase either the AGP or PCI Mac Editon Radeon. As for the VE Radeon made for the PC, they used slower memory and disabled some of the pipelines in the GPU to both save cost and make it a slower than the full-fledged and full-priced version.
