Hello, all:
I have been helping a friend with her Performa and Internet access. The Performa has a 75mhz 603 and is now running Mac OS 8.5. Since updating to this system from 7.5.5, my friend cannot print. She has a Personal Laser Writer 310 (?) connected to the serial printer port, and when she goes to print, she gets a dialogue box stating that the printer cannot be found.
Does anyone have any "off-the-cuff" guesses as to what is happening? After this started happening, she reinstalled the printer software, but still no go.
