So, is Apple ever going to come out with a 2 button mouse or maybe even one with two buttons and a wheel?

I understand there are other options out there but who wants them

?

I think it's a pretty safe bet that it will be shortly after this Saturday (WWDC, MWNY), or it could be sometime today with the press event going on. Remember the OS X Public Beta had support for multi-button mice and a scroll wheel standard? There's no point in putting out that mouse now since 9 needs to be told what to do with the extra button and scroll wheel.

And I'd like to go on record that I like my Logitech optical just fine. LOL
