Hi all! You probably realise my frustration by the subject heading!
Well, my problem is, I have a a G4 450DP and a firewire ezquest Boa 12x cd writer (external). I can't seem to use it, it always stalls just after filling the ram cache in the beginning. I've already made sure it has nothing to do with itunes or disc burner (disc burner does the same thing, stalls). I tried using os 9.04 and 9.1 but didn't matter, same thing in both cases. I tried it in both oss' with only the basics + toast 5.01 installed. I just can't figure out what is wrong. I already used the drive on a PBG4 and it works perfectly! I can easily copy from the drive to the 450DP so the connection is certainly working.
Any thoughts?
