Hey guys - I just recently installed a cd receiver with a motorized faceplate (Dual XD 7600) back in January without any issues, until now. At the moment the faceplate is up/closed and every button on the front panel works except for "OPEN" and "EJECT". This means the faceplate won't slide down nor will it eject the CD I have in there. Anybody have any ideas how to fix this? I'm assuming this is a problem with the "motorized" part of the faceplate since neither of those functions works when using the remote control either.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
