One end is USB, the other end is something very similar, at first I thought it was an USB extension, but USB wont fit in it. It is made by Apple...let me know please

It's an Apple USB extension cable for their keyboards. They've added that notch so that you can't use it as an extension cable for other USB devices. Why? Who knows. It's Apple.

hey, i connected a D-link USB wireless adapter to my pc using this extension... Maybe there are other USB devices that can use the Apple extension.

Ive used them with everything, tight fit but it works, you can flatten it out with some pliers if need be
