ipoding ipod photos real or fake?

I was just curious what every makes of these pictures at www.ipoding.com.
They show some sort of modified firmware on an ipod. The ipod displays current and remaining time, also genre is displayed, and apparently allows you to seek with the scroll when when paused (maybe?).
So are these to believed or are they fake?
