Did the last iPod firmware fix the annoying problem of it not being able to play albums with tracks that flow seamlessly into one another? i.e. without putting an artificial gap between songs that are supposed to be connected.

I'm not sure this was a firmware issue, although, I maybe wrong. Setting my iTunes preferences to crossfade playback to zero(me thinks) seemed to correct my issue with gaps in playback on my iPod.

Nope. It's still there in the latest version. I will have to try the crossfade thing to see if that does the trick!
