Hum from monitor normal?

	So I've just gotten rid of the noise my Lacie FW HD was making, and now I've got this new Viewsonic PF790 19 inch monitor, which is making a bit of a humming noise when on (not asleep). The noise level is not negligible, but not excessively loud so that i would know there's a problem. I.E. pretty impercetable with the G4 PM drive and fan running, audible and somewhat grating with the G4 Cube and a silent office. What's up here? Normal? Are my ears too finicky?
