I want to broadcast a video signal (within 100 feet or so) from a Mac to two VGA screens, so I don't have to purchase 2 macs. They can't be connected with cables, at this point.

Has anyone seen a product that broadcasts your computer's video signal wirelessly to a monitor??

No, but I have seen things that accept TV input and send them to a normal TV. if you get a VGA->tv converter, it would work
