Hope someone has not beat me to this, I quickly scanned the forum.!!!

But a 23 inch flat panel. Sweet!!!

God, it is so fricken cool, big, I love apple!!! I want to work at apple, heck I would even pay to work at apple!!

So anyways, I like how apple is making its way into the bio tech industry, as well as general research! This is a great strategy, and it seems to be pushing apple to release some really amazing hardware. I wonder what they will do next for them, and enevitably for us!! Anywas, we are getting to the point where we can say to our friends that we have the same hardware that they are using to decode the human genome!

Are you kidding?

It alone costs as much as my 15 inch LCD and tower cost !!!

Maybe I will borrow one from my local apple dealer, eh?

God, but it would be nice to have one. More than 2 x's the screen relestate of my current screen, sure would be nice. I mean then i could actually fit a terminal, and my compiler on the screen at once. Or cinema 4d and photoshop, and dreamweaver...

Or perhaps I should just get another 17 " LCD!! Too poor, saving up for a TiBook... and you, you get one any time soon?

ha $1000. Thats one expensive inch! I would never buy it because I keep my resolutions kinda low anyway, 832 X 624 each on my 17" CRT and my 15" LCD. Of coarse I'd still like one. But I was really hopeing, before I read one when I heard about it, that it was the price of the 22, and that the 22 had gone down.

Before CRT prices crashed to earth, that's exactly how much one extra inch would cost you in the 20-22" monitor range. It's nothing new.
