I've had a few 17 inch CRTs the whole time I've had a computer, but have finally made the move to an LCD. I bought a 19 inch Samsung 920n from New Egg and it should come Tuesday or Wednesday. Never having handled LCDs before, how hard is the set up process? Just looking for some advice.

Same as a CRT. Plug it in and you're good to go! Most LCD's have a pretty good configuration out of the box. But if you're unsatisfied with the settings then it's just as easy to adjust as a CRT is. The OSD menus are usually pretty familiar.

Just, try not to touch the screen

No, that's wrong. It's not the same-it's EASIER. That 19" LCD is going to be so light you may have problems not swinging it around too much!

Seriously, the technical part of setting it up will be at least as simple as setting up a CRT. Enjoy!
