my ipod (3 days old) will make a audible click when you tilt it back and forth gently. is this the hard drive or is something loose internally? can everybody please tilt their ipods back and forth (gently) and see if it clicks.

i just invision everybody putting their ear up to it and see if it actually clicks. but i hope you do it anyway.

P.S. i have made shure it was not the buttons that where clicking the sound is coming from behind the lcd screen.

P.D.

Wasn't real productive and still didn't get to the iPod. Just opened mine up and the rattling is the HD. Take it out - no rattles, shake the HD(gently) - rattle. Lovely. Rattles whether the 'Pod's HD is running or not.

So it's normal, cool phew ::sigh:: so it must be not a problem or everybody would complain to apple and we would have to deal w/ a recall. cool

now to get the comp usa pda protection plan ($30 and it is still covered if you drop it ::i think: and if there is a new iPod at mac world just drop it in the sink and get the new version ::maby::

P.D.
