When will the 10 GB iPod be available? Is it available now? It seems technically available from the online Apple store but I was wondering if that means ordering it and waiting 2 months while they start appearing at resellers and even brick and mortar apple stores.

I'm going to buy one but from where?

I bought one this morning at Apple Store Willow Bend (Dallas, Texas).

You might call first. It was past closing time last night when I read the news of the new iPod, so I'm such a geek I called an Apple Store in Colorado in the Moutain Time Zone so that they'd still be open. Guy in Colorado told me they had no idea when they would get any. But, a few minutes later I decided to go ahead and call my local Apple Store and somebody actually answered the phone at 10pm. He told me that had just got them in, so I went out and bought one this morning when they opened. They had at least 20 if the new ones sitting on a shelf, so I bet if your local Apple Store got their shipment you can get one today. Good luck.
