According to MacCentral, "users can now share their USB printers over Ethernet networks via USB Printer Sharing 1.0" in Mac OS 9.1.

If only I could download the 9.1 updater to try it out!

You can already do that under 9.0... http://asu.info.apple.com/swupdates.nsf/artnum/n11726

unless your post was meant to say that you can't download 9.1 and want it (which is what I suspect)...

I hadn't realized that USB printer sharing was already available for 9.0. (I was under the impression that it only worked for serial printers.)

PS: I actually managed to download 9.1 and will hopefully try to print to my Epson USB laser printer from my AirPort PowerBook via my Rev.A iMac and Base Station.
