Does anyone know if this is compatible with a Mac yet? Maybe too soon to tell? I see on WDs website that they don't officially support OSX.

There was (is) an issue with the SATA controller in the G5 machines that prevent the Raptor 150 from working properly, but since the Mac Pro uses an Intel controller (rather than the custom IC the G5 uses), it should work.

xlr8yourmac.com has a couple of items about this drive in G5s.

Good catch, Cadaver. I can't remember exactly what it was about Raptor drives that the G5 didn't like, but that should not be a problem with the Intel controller.
