I own an hp940.All the specs you give are right. The print quality on the appropriate papers is very good. Some epson printers have better quality but let's not forget that epson printers are sloooooow and also
have the printer heads built in the printer so it's gonna cost you very much when it's gonna need service.
But don't expect 12 pages on black and white or even 10 on colour. On the draft mode which is the lowest quality setting but good for text I get something like nearly 5 pages. You will get something like 5 or 6 and that's it.(The nearly 5 pages is on a documents that quite fills the paper fro top to bottom)Colour printing is not gonna get even close to 10 pages.Say 2
on the normal mode and for pictures that don't fill the page and you are quite correct.Draft mode on colour is awful.
Don't be dissapointed. It's a very good printer and the speed outpasses the epson printers. So here we go
Good quality but not as good as epsons
Faster then epson but not so fast as hp says.
Enjoy your new printer!!!!
