Is Mac OS X compatible with an old HP LaserJet II?

I know I would have to obtain a USB to Serial adapter, but there's an old HP LaserJet II sitting around this office I just moved into and it probably works alright - I'd much prefer to have a laser printer to use than the ink jet printer I've been using on loan.

You could make it run with an Ethernet to Parallel print server, but why bother? For twice the price of the print server, you could buy a brand new personal laser printer.
