photoshop only prints b/w on HP Photosmart?

I just bought an HP Photosmart 1115 printer this afternoon.

I installed it and everything checked out OK. I printed both the self test sheet and the desktop which came out in full color.

But when I try to print a color photo from within Photoshop 5 it only prints in black and white. Even when I do a Preview it shows my photo in b/w... On the Epson software there an easy button which allows you to select Color or b/w but there is no such thing with the HP software. Does anyone know how I can force my photoshop document to print in color?

In case it makes any difference, I am using OS 9.1 on an iMac SE. The HP software says rev 4.3.1 on the CD-ROM.
