I bought one yesterday. Easy to install on my B/W G3 400 and works fine, but it's hard to tell if it's faster or not. You need to disable the Iomega Driver again if you are running OS 9x and already had it disabled to avoid the red X at startup. Otherwise plug and play. I bought it to share files with a friend who has a beige G3 with a firewire card but no USB.
