Does anyone know anything about the QPS Firewire External DVD-R/DVD-RAM/CDRW drive?Macworld rates it the best value/performance, but the review is pretty old.

I've read on the Web a review by a consumer who said it "wouldn't record DVD-Rs--only DVD-RAMs."

Has anyone actually used this thing and burned a DVD that's playable in a set-top player?

Thanks in advance.
