I've got a Epson Color Stylus 740. I also run Mac OS 9. Recently, I have been having problems printing. Whenever I have printed, the screen sends me a message that a -192 error has occured. I reinstalled the drivers and the same problem occured. I can't print.

is it a USB printer? disable the Epson Class USB drivers

A few times I have gotten errors when trying to print as well. I had to go into the chooser and select 740 again and it worked fine afterwards. Maybe you could try that too and see if it helps!
