racing/simulator with a GOOD game pad?

	I have game station and the one think i play on it are car racing games and flight simulators. i'm looking for a game pad and i'm deciding on the ishock or gravis' xterminator. well the iShock would be universal and have the feel to the rest of psx games i might/would play. but the one feature on the xterminator, throttle control, i want bad for racing and sims. i'm not interested in a joystick but looking for a good game pad... which one or better ones out there? suggestions??? john
