I have a PowerMac 7500 that came with a built in video card. The resolution is great when the video player window is small but when it's full screen the resolution is horrible. Is this because the video card isn't all that great or do i just need more VRAM?

it's because the digitizer has a max resolution of 320x240 built into it and making it go full screen just enlarges the pixels.

You can't with the built-in video-in card. You could buy a third party video card that has video-in with full resolution.

Try an IX Micro Ultimate Rez. They're really cheap ($59), and they're pretty fast. I put one in my UMAX C500, and it works great. There isn't any OpenGL support, but I don't play games anyway.

No, that card's a graphics card, not a video card.
