Has anyone had success in updating the firmware of a Que Firewire 8x4x32 drive on a PC. I'm trying to accomplish this on a IBM ThinkPad with a Firewire card. Every time I launch the update application I get the error "Error loading WNASPI32.DLL" I tried to see if I needed to install any PC drivers but Que's lame ass support page said Windows 2000 supports it natively. The drivers are on the install CD, which I don't have. Windows 2000 sees the drive as a DVD/CD-ROM device (Quefire IEEE 1394 SBP2 Device). Ahh... the joys of using Windows.

Is there anyway other way I could obtain these drivers. I'm suprised Que doesn't have the drivers on there support page for download.

Hey, you are lucky that you have a PC with FireWire at all, that is more then most QPS owners with Mac's with no updater at all.

Best bet is to call QPS.
