Hi all,

Since I installed OSX (v10.0.3) on my G4, my computer will not recognize my Lacie Firewire 16x10x40. I have a 400mhz machine with 577 megs of RAM.

Any help is much appreciated!

Have you checked to see if that is a supported drive under X?

This is what Lacie.com had to say:

Q: What Mac OS do I need for Firewire?
A: You must have a minimum OS of 8.6, but OS 9.0.4 is preferred.

They mention nothing about OSX. So I guess I have to re-install OS 9.0.4.

Any suggestions? Better solutions? All help appreciated.
