Hello all. Has I anyone else seen the tiny 'StyleCam Blink' ? (http://www.sipixdigital.com/)
I would seriously love one, but their site just says "no mac support"
Does this just mean all the bundled software is PC only? Would I be able to use iPhoto? I'm still in os9.1 95% of the time. Is there any other (os9) software I could use with this Camera?
I'm a complete digital photography novice, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Yep.. these cams are only supported on PC's.
However.. there is another small cam available here in the UK that is really good. It also happens to be the worlds smallest Digital Camera.
The Digital Dream "L'espion" And they only cost £40
I got mine from <a href="http://www.firebox.com" target="_blank">www.firebox.com</a> <a href="http://www.firebox.com/index.html?dir=firebox&action=product&id=6 66" target="_blank">http://www.firebox.com/index.html?dir=firebox&action=product&id=6 66</a>
Also the camera chain stores "Jessops" sell them. As do the chain stores "Gadget Shop". The Electronic parts stores "Maplins" also sell them, albeit it for £50..
They are supported by Macs (Actually, I have not tried mine with OS X yet, will get back to you about that). And they also work as half decent web cams. You can even record mini movies with them. Cant beat em for the money.

I was on the point of buying a l'epsion when my girlfriend showed me the Blink.
The Blink also costs £40, and can store 100 images (compared to the l'epsions 20) and at about twice the resolution.

Yes, the blink does have better resolution. But the pics aint half bad from the L'espion, considering it's size/price.
And you need mac support. So the Blink is obviously out of the question anyway..

Yeah the L'epsion is an amazing little gizmo isn't it? But if iPhoto or another app (hopefuly an 0s9 app) will work with the Blink, thats the one i'm going for. Does anyone know if there's a way???
