Hi,

I would like to know if the new Internal E-IDE 16X Write/10X Re-Write/ 40X Read Yamaha CD-RW Drive - CRW2100EZ - will work in my G4 under Mac OS 9.1 and under Mac Os X ??

under 9.1 yes. no burning is yet supported under OS X, though hopefully this will come soon.
in order to install the internal drive, you will have to remove the optical drive which shipped with your computer. (for more info about the G4's drive bays, search to fora)
