I don't understand this. I thought the isub was plug and play, especially since I'm was using 9.1. Well, it didn't find it, and when I went to Sound Control Panel, it said I didn't have the right driver.

Well, believe it or not, I was about to do a complete re-install of my system software anyway (because of many ext. conflicts I was having), so I did a clean install with the OS 9 CD, then downloaded the 9.1 updater, and everything seems cool, except it still cannot find the isub.
It says on the documentation I need the Audio Update 1.3, but I cannot find that on Apple's site anywhere!!!

Somebody please help me, I have a beautiful isub and I want the place to rock now!~!!!!!!!!!

Audio Update 1.3 is bult-in to Mac OS 9.0.4 and 9.1.

Try a clean install of OS 9.1... and check to make sure that all your USB extensions are turned on.

Thanks Misha. I don't actually have a 9.1 full install CD, just a 9.0 CD, and a 9.1 update CD that I got from buying the Apple Pro Keyboard.

I did figure out a solution. Don't know why it's this way, but I did another clean install of 9.0, then ran the 9.04 updater, then ran the 9.1 update CD. Before, I just jumped from 9.0 to 9.1, without the 9.04 in the middle. You wouldn't think you would need to do that, but it worked.

Thanks again.
