I am looking for some sort of adapter I can use to connect my 6500's monitor port to a VCR. Specifically, I wanna give that mac RCA out instead of DB-15. It has to be an adapter though, I won't have a free PCI slot. I'd check ebay but I barely even know what to look for.

Any kind of hardware that allows you to connect your computer to a TV screen will work. May I suggest the "Focus TView," as it works very well at our company and we use it for presenting at meetings.
