Any suggestions? I upgraded to iPod 1.1 and it will not update with iTunes. I have installed 2.4. After the update to 1.1, it only has a folder that appears in the diplay of the iPod. Any help? Please.

Try disconnecting the iPod then reconnecting it.

I tried reconnecting but I get a message on the screen that the disk does not contain volumes OS X can read. I then have the option to continue initialize or eject. Thank you for helping.
