Recently a friend of mine accidently spilt some lemonade on the front of my iPod.
It was a very small amount and I didn't see it as a big deal at the time, cleaning it all of straight away. But now the wheel seems to be very stiff and dosen't move as freely as it did. My conclusion is that the lemonade after drying has gone all sticky and now the wheel seems to stop because of this.
Does anyone know how to remove the wheel so I can clean behind it, or is it a Service issue. Any help would be appreciated
if you can't be part of the solution don't be part of the problem!!!!

using something very thin ( I used a swiss army knife) stick the knife blade in between one of the buttons and the wheel and gently pry the wheel upwards. It will come right off. The little button in the middle will also pop out at this time. voila! very easy to do. It all snaps back into place easily too.
