So...you guys are going to think I'm high... I just noticed that the little power indicator light at the bottom right corner of my 23" ACD is not lit (no pun intended). IIRC, it was on earlier...whenever the MP was on. Now it just comes on when I power up and then goes off. WTF? Is that normal and I'm hallucinating, or am I correct in that the light should be on? Humor me, please... Thanks, guys!

I haven't figured it out myself, personally. Right now my light is off. I think it's always off when the screen is on. When the screen is asleep, the light is on, and when the computer and screen are asleep, the light is pulsing.....

The power light only displays when the display is on but the computer is not, or when the computer is sleeping. It is off when in use.
Mac OS X 10.5.0, Mac Pro 2.66GHz/2 GB RAM/X1900 XT, 23" ACD
