Hi there,

I have just upgraded my dad's iMac to 10.1.3. We have a SnapScan e20 connected to the iMac (by way of a 4-port USB hub). I have installed ScanWise.X and when I fire it up it recognises the scanner ok. I choose the e20 and then ScanWise tells me "there was a problem with the scanner (at this stage the scanner rattles somewhat). Details are in the protocol file". Anyone else experienced that? The scanner works perfectly ok in 9.2. Classic is NOT running (so there should not be a driver conflict). Also, WHERE would I find this protocol file? There is nothig of interest in system.log either. I just don't have the slightest clue what's going on...

Anybody with any good idea?

thanks
