Guys what would make the Logitech MX 1000 move the mouse cursor about 1/4 faster than the Mighty Mouse? Would that be the quality of the laser eye or would that be something else internal?

I am a bit curious. I am not liking how slow the Mighty Mouse is, to have it almost as fast as i am used to on the MX 1000 i have to crank the tracking speed all the way up.

The mx1000 is 1000 DPI while the mighty mouse is 800. There ya go.

i am now beginning to wonder if you can switch the laser eye's on the mice or not, would be nice to have the 1000 DPI in the mighty mouse.
