i just bought a new 733 and a 17" apple studio CRT monitor connected via ADC. the screen image keeps kinda wobbling on the horizontal plane...kind of a shrinking expanding thing. any ideas what this is? do i need to take this thing back?

I assume you've tried it at different resolutions, and refresh rates. If that doesn't help, take it back. These monitors haven't been made in over a year, so this one may have seen a few trips around the country, which could have knocked something out of whack internally.

That sending a box system is what they do for all monitors

Just be careful that Teleplan international doesn't break it, I already know it'll probably be sent back with a paper that doesn't even have "no defect found" checked on it, but still a wobbly crt.

Good luck though
