I was wondering why the iPod didn't wana dock. I don't own one, although I wish I did. Anybody got a clue? Steve looked mighty pissed too.

It always works for me, but then I don't have an exotic stage hookup. Embarrasing nevertheless.

his iPod actually did work eventually, it just took a little longer than usual, and stevie got impatient.

How do you know it worked eventually? Did they show it and I missed it? Mine has never failed to dock and it has never taken that long.

The FW volume mounted, but the 'Pod never showed up in iTunes. Even with the prefs set not to auto-update, it should show up in iTunes. Ya' know, that Mac he was on sure seemed fast, I wonder if iPods don't work so well on G5's

I have a feeling iTunes was a little confused by the 'burning' going on at the same time.
