Is anyone familiar with hooking this printer up to an iMac?

The printer has the following ports: LocalTalk, RS-232/RS-422 serial, and a Centronics parallel.

Also, could anyone identify which port is which?

I'm read some older posts and it looks like some people have used the Keyspan Serial to USB, and others have suggested the LocalTalk to Ethernet.

Any more suggestions?
