Doesn't anyone make a cordless, optical, two button, roller ball mouse? For the Mac, much less PC? I can't seem to find one and that baffles me. I suppose a radio transmitter, roller balls and optical lenses are too much for one mouse?

i believe that an optical lens cosumes far too much power for a battery powered mouse (any cordless mouse).

possibly if one was designed with a recharge cradle...

but at the mo, none that i'm aware of.

add a wheel and two buttons on the side (gotta have next/previous weapon buttons in unreal tournament) and your mouse would be truly perfect.

Sorry - doesn't exist. I recently bought the M$ IntelliExplorer - it is excellent - comfortable - has a wheel - and most importantly, never needs cleaning - my old hockey puk needed cleaning once a month.

Hey - if your mouse (with a wheel) ever turns up make sure you post it.

cheers

Simon
