Any source for replacement ink cartridges for the discontinued and disowned Color Stylewriter 4500??

The 4500 was actually an HP printer with Apple's name on it. Following is the Apple number and the HP equivalent that you can buy just about anywhere.

Cartridge - Apple # - HP #
Black Ink - M5693G/A - 51629A
Color Ink - M5694G/A - 51649A
Color PhotoGrade - M5692G/A - C1816A
