I got an I-mate K-Jam (an unbranded T-Mobile MDA) from my work to play around with, so I'm trying to get it all set up.

I downloaded MissingSync and things are going well, except for the fact that it has someone's exchange email all over and I can't seem to find how to get rid of it.

Any advice on how to wipe the device?

Simply do a hard reset on the device.

Thanks, that worked great.

Now MissingSync won't sync my contacts though. Damn this is frustrating.
